Take Your Next Stride with Ease
Participants will receive a one on one assessment and learn how to prevent common running injuries through utilizing an exercise program focusing on flexibility, strengthening and balance exercises.
 Participants will receive:
- One on One Musculoskeletal Assessment
- Individualized Home Exercise Program
- Evaluation of Current Running Program
- Gait Analysis of Running Mechanics
- Education on Proper Running Footwear
Lisa Klein, ATC is a recreational runner with 13 years experience treating runners. She can be contacted at our Elk Grove Village location at extension 5432.
Kevin O'Sullivan, ATC is a competitive runner having completed 3 marathons. Kevin has many years of experience treating runners. He can be contacted at our Bartlett location at extension 5428. Appointments are offered at our Elk Grove Village and Bartlett locations.
