| Q: | Is my insurance accepted by Barrington Orthopedics? |
| A: | Barrington Orthopedics accepts most insurance plans. However, please ask our scheduler when you make your appointment. We will also need a copy of your card when you arrive. |

| Q: | What if I am covered by two different insurance plans? |
| A: | We will submit claims to your primary insurance carrier, and as a courtesy we will submit claims to your secondary carrier once. |

| Q: | What if I was in a motor vehicle accident? How does the insurance work? |
| A: | We will send claims to your motor vehicle carrier. If those benefits exhaust we will submit claims to your health carrier. However, if you receive a settlement from a third party health insurance will be refunded and the charges will be paid according to Illinois law. |

| Q: | What if I don't have insurance, can I still come to Barrington Orthopedics? |
| A: | Yes. We require $200.00 payment before your appointment and the balance after the appointment is over. |

| A: | Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards. |

| Q: | What if I was hurt at work? |
| A: | We see many injured workers. If you were hurt while working, it is very important that you file a claim with your employer and when you make your appointment with Barrington Orthopedics please have your Workers’ Compensation information available. |
