| A: | Barrington Orthopedic Specialists was founded in 1979 by Keith Schroeder, M.D. |

| A: | Barrington Orthopedic Specialists’ physicians are affiliated with Alexian Brothers Medical Center, St Alexius Medical Center and Northwest Community Hospital. |

| Q: | What are the hours of operation? |
| A: | We see patients Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. |

| A: | Barrington Orthopedic Specialists has locations in Hoffman Estates, Elk Grove Village, Buffalo Grove and Bartlett. Click here for locations and maps. |

| Q: | Do I need to come in earlier than my appointment time? |
| A: | Yes, please arrive 30 minutes early if you are a new patient to our practice. You will sit with our Registration staff; they will assist you with your paper work . All other patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. |

| Q: | What should I bring to my appointment? |
| A: | You will need to bring your insurance card(s), list of medications, allergies and other pertinent medical information. Our physicians ask that you bring any test results and/or x-rays that will assist them in your care. If you are required to pay a co-pay at the time of your appointment it will be collected at Check In. |

| A: | Yes, our automated system will call you the business day before your appointment as a reminder. |
