| A: | Barrington Orthopedic Specialists was founded in 1979 by Keith Schroeder, M.D. |

| A: | Barrington Orthopedic Specialists’ physicians are affiliated with Alexian Brothers Medical Center, St Alexius Medical Center and Northwest Community Hospital. |

| Q: | What are the hours of operation? |
| A: | We see patients Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm with evening hours on Mondays from 6:00pm to 8:40pm and Tuesdays from 6:00pm to 7:20pm. We also have hours available on Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm. |

| Q: | Do I need to come in earlier than my appointment time? |
| A: | Yes, please arrive 10 minutes early if you have already pre-registered over the phone. Please attempt to pre-register by calling (847)285-4200 and asking for Central Registration. If you are not able to do so, please arrive 30 minutes early to complete the registration process. |

| Q: | What should I bring to my appointment? |
| A: | You will need to bring your insurance card(s), list of medications, allergies and other pertinent medical information. Our physicians ask that you bring any test results and/or x-rays that will assist them in your care. If you are required to pay a co-pay at the time of your appointment it will be collected when you check in. |

| Q: | Will I receive a confirmation call? |
| A: | Yes, our staff will call you the business day before your appointment as a reminder. |
