DIRECTIONS

From the North
Take Route 59 South to Stearns Road.
Turn left onto Stearns Road. Travel about a half mile on Stearns. You will see the clinic on the left hand side of the road. Turn into the parking lot and drive to the back of the building for the second floor entrance for physician and rehabilitation services.

From the South
Take Route 59 North to Stearns Road.
Turn right onto Stearns Road. Travel about a half mile on Stearns. You will see the clinic on the left hand side of the road. Turn into the parking lot and drive to the back of the building for the second floor entrance for physician and rehabilitation services.

From the East
Take 90 West and exit at Route 59 South. Turn left onto Rt. 59 and keep going until Stearns Road (approximately 6.5 miles).
Turn left onto Stearns Road. Travel about a half mile on Stearns. You will see the clinic on the left hand side of the road. Turn into the parking lot and drive to the back of the building for the second floor entrance for physician and rehabilitation services.

From the West
Take 90 East and exit at Route 59 South. Turn right onto Rt. 59 and keep going until Stearns Road (approximately 6.5 miles).
