Physical activity is the key to successful maintenance of strength and range of motion gains made after rehabilitation from an injury and for improved overall health.  Fitness assessments are available at Barrington Orthopedic Specialists so that you can get started and stay active in order to reach your health and fitness goals.  The exercise program is designed just for you and takes into consideration not only your individual goals but your orthopedic concerns as well. 




Individual fitness assessments can be catered to your goals whether it be for post-rehabilitation, weight loss, or overall health and wellness. A Licensed Athletic Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist will first assess posture, gait, strength and function in order to design a program that addresses your deficits, meets your goals, and considers orthopedic concerns.

 

Fitness assessment includes: 
  • One-on-one assessment
  • Customized home exercise program to fit your needs, abilities and goals
  • Resistance bands & instructional exercise DVD for home use
  • Safety instructions for health club or home 
  • Tools to stay active and motivated
 
Dates and times are available to fit into your busy schedule! 
  • Initial assessment including home exercise program: $90
  • Additional visits starting at $45
  • Package of initial assessment & 5 follow-ups: $275 (savings of $40!)
            *Payment in full expected at time of initial assessment
            *Follow-ups expire 1 year after date of initial assessment
